We invite everyone to join us for Concern Foundation's Annual Party at Paramount Studios on December 13th.  We are looking forward to another year of festivities, food, dancing, movies, toys, games, treats and more as we all celebrate the holidays Concern style.  This event is for pediatric cancern patients and their families, and we need each and everyone of you that want to join in this day.

 If you are a pediatric cancer patient or family member of someone who is dealing with pediatric cancer between the ages of 6 and 14 years old, we would love to have you attend our event.  Please send the following information to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. • Mailing address/phone/email of patient or recipient of patient's mail
• How many family members will be attending (up to 5)
• Names and ages of siblings of patient that will be attending
